Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Each item is carefully crafted to order, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives with a significant defect or damage caused during shipping (such as major structural damage that affects the wear or appearance of the bow), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a resolution, please provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

• Handle with care and avoid crushing or folding the bow

• Do not machine wash; spot clean only if necessary

• Avoid exposure to high heat (cars, dryers, direct sunlight) as it may affect adhesive and materials

• Store flat or hang to preserve shape

• Avoid pulling or stretching the ribbon tails

• Rhinestones are securely applied; however, gentle handling will help maintain longevity
